Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled with a focus on IT Service Management (ITSM),

Customer Service Management (CSM), and

IT Operations Management (ITOM) to join our team.

ServiceNow platform capabilities, including Service Portal, Workflows, Business Rules, and Client Scripts.

Experience with web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and integration technologies (REST, SOAP). Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience: 6-8 years of experience working with ServiceNow, with a strong focus on ITSM, CSM, and ITOM. Proven experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions. Technical Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and ITOM modules.

Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist

The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in implementing and architecting solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

The architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that enhance our IT and business processes.

Key Responsibilities Solution Design and Architecture:

Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements. Develop and maintain technical design documents, including process flows, use cases, and data models. Ensure comprehensive suite experience including ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Major Incident Management, Knowledge Management), CSM, CMDB, and CSDM.

Implementation and Development:

Oversee the implementation of ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, and ITOM modules. Customize and configure the ServiceNow platform to meet specific business needs. Implement and manage functionalities such as Surveys and Assessments, Walk-up Experience, Virtual Agent, Mobile Application, Employee Center Portal, and Workspace.

Integration Management: Manage integration experiences including LDAP, SSO, Email, and bi-directional integrations. Ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Project Management: Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.

Quality Assurance: Conduct system testing and ensure the quality of implemented solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during implementation and post-deployment. Best Practices and Standards: Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and standards. Stay updated with the latest features and functionalities of the ServiceNow platform.

Training and Support:

Provide training and support to IT and business teams on ServiceNow functionalities. Develop user guides and training materials as needed. Qualifications

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
