| Hello NO GC (Green Card Profile not accepted) EST or CST Profiles required Role:Tech Lead SQL BI or SME Data Exp:10+ years Location:NY or OH (Onsite/ EST & CST Only Accepted) Skills: SSIS , Azure , ADF , SSRS , SME , Python , Pyspark Mandatory Skills: Agile, SSIS, SSRS, Azure DevOps (ADO) Required Skills: Act as the subject matter expert (SME) in SSIS, SSRS, SQL Server, Azure Synapse, Python, PySpark, and ADF. Ability to lead and mentor teams, ensuring high-quality code review and adherence to best practices. Engage in client-facing activities, demonstrating excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their requirements. Lead and manage projects using an agile scrum methodology, ensuring timely delivery and quality. Coordinate and collaborate with offshore teams to ensure seamless integration and project execution. Design, build, and deploy SSIS packages and optimize performance using MSBI stack including SQL Server, SSIS, and SSRS. Develop and manage SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions, with hands-on experience in Power BI. Create SQL Server Database tables, indexes, views, and ETL scripts for data replication from non-relational databases to SQL databases. Troubleshoot and debug complex issues in SQL Agent Jobs, SSIS packages, and T-SQL queries. Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO), and familiarity with concepts like cherry-picking and checking/merging code, etc. Report weekly and monthly metrics to track project progress and performance.
