Medicaid Knowledge: Understanding of Medicaid systems and requirements. Case Management Knowledge: Familiarity with case management processes and systems. Responsibilities: You will be responsible for analysis, design, code, and testing of multiple components of application code. We are augmenting the existing D365 team for supporting additional enhancements to the Call Center as a Service that is running in D365. Resource needs to have experience in D365 CRM, C#, and .NET. As an Application Developer, your role will encompass: Dynamics 365 Development: Code and test various components within Dynamics 365 (CRM) for multiple Texas Medicaid systems, ensuring effective implementation and integration. Application Maintenance and Enhancement: Engage in the maintenance, enhancement, and development of simple to moderately complex modules, including those that interface with other applications. Technical Proficiency: Utilize fundamental technical skills in CASE tool development, structured programming, and SQL to support and maintain applications effectively. Client Interaction: Handle limited client interaction, focusing primarily on internal development tasks and support. Support and Deployment: Participate in pager/on-call support, assist in the deployment of production releases, and support the introduction of new services into the production environment. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance application performance and functionality. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of exp as a CRM Developer Microsoft Dynamics 365: Proficient in developing and managing applications within Dynamics 365 (CRM). .NET Framework.
