The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technical expert with a strong foundation in data center operations, server administration, and networking. This role requires a combination of technical proficiency, problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: Server Management: Rack, build, cable, configure, and provision Intel and AMD servers. Networking: Rack, cable, and deploy Cisco Layer 2 networking equipment. Hardware Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot, test, and quality assure server hardware. Professionally resolve hardware issues through a ticketing system. Operating System Installation: Install and configure Windows Server, Linux, and Unix operating systems. Lab Administration: Perform basic lab administration tasks, including Gitlab ticket handling and asset management. Collaboration: Engage with customers and partners to address challenges and build strong relationships. Problem Solving: Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical issues. Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Required Skills: Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of data center operations, virtualization, networking, and server hardware. Operating Systems: Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and Unix operating systems. Hardware Expertise: Strong understanding of GPU/CPU architecture and infrastructure. Networking: Experience with Cisco Layer 2 networking equipment. Problem Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
