UKG refers to their SaaS solution as Workforce Management Pro (WFM Pro). Timekeeping UKG Timekeeping, time/attendance Workforce management procloud/SaaS solution May work in helping support tickets SQL experience or C# experience here Responsibilities The individual in this role will be responsible for handling tickets and assisting with Phase 2 rollout tasks. They will also need to connect with new lease vendors, gather hourly data, and ensure it is sent to the relevant vendors. While Kronos or UKG functional expertise is not necessary, strong skills in C# and SQL are essential. Responsibilities include managing the demographics file transfer to a new vendor, which involves combining data from two timekeeping systems (on-prem and SaaS) into a single file.
