Competencies: Digital : SAP BASIS - HANA Experience (Years): 6-8 Essential Skills: S4 HANA CS with BRIM exp. Desirable Skills: S4 HANA CS with BRIM exp. Key Responsibilities: Business Process Analysis: Understand client's business requirements and map them to SAP CS and BRIM functionalities. Configuration: Configure SAP CS and BRIM modules to align with business processes, including master data setup, pricing, contracts, orders, billing, and revenue recognition. Integration: Integrate SAP CS and BRIM with other SAP modules (SD, FI, CO) and external systems. Data Migration: Plan and execute data migration activities for customer and billing data. Testing: Develop and execute test cases, perform test scripts, and ensure data integrity. Go-Live Support: Provide support during the go-live phase and resolve any issues. Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users on SAP CS and BRIM functionalities. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve customer service and billing processes through the use of SAP CS and BRIM. Required Skills: Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA CS and BRIM modules. Experience in configuring and customizing SAP CS and BRIM. Knowledge of billing and revenue management processes.
