Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in a similar role. Strong understanding of business processes, requirements gathering, and documentation. Experience with business analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
