The Senior Project Manager will develop and execute comprehensive project plans that embrace best practices, including but not limited to scope and risk management, change management, quality management, effective communication plans, requirements management, and securing all necessary resources needed to achieve the project objectives Minimum Qualifications 4+ w/Bachelors degree 10+ years experience in mergers/acquisitions Ideal candidate will also have healthcare industry experience Has worked in environment where there is a mix of business and technology Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Ability to effectively identify and manage project risks. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task while maintaining strict attention to detail. Ability to establish program goals and objectives that support the strategic plan. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Proficient in project planning and life cycle development. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence effectively. Ability to train and mentor others. Knowledge of Agile Scrum Methodology and lean software development. Skill in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
