Position Description: TThe Implementation Consultant - Veeva CRM will be responsible for supporting implementation and upgrade projects around Veeva CRM (and related technologies) Responsibilities: Partner with client Commercial Sales and Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Operations, and other stakeholders to implement Veeva CRM and related technology solutions in alignment with key business priorities. Configure Veeva CRM to meet Business Requirements Integrate Veeva CRM with other Veeva Commercial Cloud applications/data Document Technical Requirements based on Business Requirements Provide estimates and timelines to deliver functionality based on Business Requirements Provide updates and status reports to the Project Manager around progress and any issues or blockers Provide advice and guidance on functionality and implementation strategy for Veeva CRM Qualifications: Strong knowledge of Commercial Field teams business strategies, processes, and operations within a commercial biotech/pharma environment Veeva CRM configuration experience that includes Document Types, Objects, Object Lifecycles, Document Lifecycle, Workflows, Apex programming. Strong understanding of Veeva CRM data model. 5-7 yrs plus of experience with at least 3 yrs plus HANDS-ON Veeva CRM - Configuring and Administering Veeva CRM. Need experience on Veeva CRM Implementation, designing and development. Experience working with a Pharmaceutical, Biotech or Medical Device organization. Experience working in an agile delivery environment. Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure. Professional communications skills is a must. Good functional knowledge of Life Sciences commercialization processes.
