The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP R2R modules and a deep understanding of financial processes, ensuring the seamless integration of financial data across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP R2R solutions. Collaborate with finance and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into SAP R2R functionalities. Ensure the accurate integration of financial data across all relevant SAP modules. Provide expertise in financial reporting, general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and asset accounting. Design and implement best practices for financial data management, reporting, and compliance. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the SAP R2R processes. Guide and mentor junior team members and stakeholders on SAP R2R processes. Work closely with Viasat's internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success. Qualifications: 14+ years of experience in SAP, with a focus on SAP R2R (Record to Report). Strong financial background with deep expertise in financial processes and accounting. Proven experience in leading SAP R2R implementations in large organizations. Excellent knowledge of financial modules including GL, AP, AR, AA, and financial reporting. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously. US Citizenship is required due to the nature of the project. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working with Viasat or in the telecommunications industry.
