| From: Tanupriya, Pransu tech solutions [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Location: remote Duration: 1 year+ Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage dependencies between a key initiative, the Unified Regulatory Platform (URP), and other in-flight initiatives within our clients Global Regulatory Affairs (GRA) division. The URP initiative aims to establish a centralized information layer, replace transactional processes and tools (including systems of record), and reduce overall costs. Key Responsibilities: Lead the management of dependencies between URP and other GRA initiatives, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve conflicts between initiatives, facilitating effective communication and coordination. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress, milestones, and risks across all related initiatives. Provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational objectives. Identify potential risks and issues early, developing mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Ensure that the URP initiative stays on track, meets deadlines, and achieves its intended outcomes, including the centralization of information and reduction of costs. Qualifications: Proven experience in managing complex projects within the pharmaceutical or regulatory affairs space. Strong understanding of / experience in regulatory operations. Exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
