Good understanding and analysis of business requirements and functional specifications In depth Domain knowledge in Capital markets and Middle/back office processes & Systems Hands-on experience of using Test Management tools like HP ALM,Jira Ability to work with total commitment towards team work Able to work independently with clients BAs and project teams spread across various locations Strong written and verbal communication Experience in Investment banking and its products, Trade life cycle, XML validation, trades reconciliation process, etc. Strong Testing experience and background, experience creating Test Strategy, Test Plans, Estimations, Test results documentation, etc. Must have also worked with data validations in files and reports. Experience in using Jira or Azure DevOps for tracking test plans, defect tracking and management, etc. Should have worked as Test Lead. Role also requires the person to be hands-on Tester. Strong communication and leadership skills to work directly with clients. Able to coordinate work with offshore teams.
