This is in the B2C and financial industries. Concurrently you would build, map out, and document their playbook for DR. Help execute, review, and modify their DR program to fit their specific company need. This is primarily for their software product applications. Work very closely with their Risk and Compliance leadership to advise and take the lead on building their DR strategy. Partner with their Infrastructure and Applications Development teams. Required Skills: 8 years of experience building, testing, and executing strategies for disaster recovery solutions: software products software applications large data management systems Automation Experience for disaster recovery (DR) 5+ years experience with creating and managing backup / recovery solutions in large environments. Experience with on prem to remote DR plans (strategy and execution) Experience with building and executing DR plans to the cloud Experience performing internal software and infrastructure assessments Knowledge of information security practices & infrastructure Bachelors Degree in technical field Bonus / Soft Skills: Financial institutional experience SOC II Fluent and strong English Communication skills (will be verbally sharing/expressing ideas, and writing/creating documentation) Keywords: Utah Disaster Recovery Engineer consultant [email protected] |
