Write procedures for backup and disaster recovery. Ensure that the databases achieve maximum performance and availability. Design indexing strategies. Implement appropriate indexes for performance improvement. Configure, monitor, and deploy replica sets. Automate the process of deploying DB changes so that we can support this for a new build/patch/hotfix. Upgrade databases through patches Create roles and users and set their permissions.
