Strong Functional knowledge in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud modules like Order Management, Advanced Pricing, GOP-Global Order Promising, Inventory, Purchasing, Procurement. Implemented and developed interfaces between Oracle Fusion and 3rd party external systems CPQ, Salesforce, OTM and WMS through Middleware OIC and Developed PAAS Custom forms using ATP Database to generate custom reports and error handling screens for sales order import. Prepare test scripts covering different scenarios to do End to End Testing (SIT) and Configure SIT instance and execute the test scripts. Configure the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) instance and conduct the user training and assist users in testing. Resolve the issues raised by users as part of UAT and having sign-off on training. Prepare Cutover Plan for Go-Live and configure the Production instance and provide the post Go-Live support during the Hyper care period. Enable the offshore team with the knowledge transition. Responsible for smooth and effective transition of AMS support activities. Identify the potential areas/issues in AMS for continuous improvement and provide solutions. Engage with client management for smooth transition and day to day reporting. Conduct Operations status review meetings with client management. Configurations required to enable OM with new inv org and New BU Hands on in cross integration of OM with Inv, PO and Costing to handle functionalities like B2B Orders, Drop ship orders etc Able to handle issues / errors during order progress, order updates, pick and ship.
