Advocate for user-centered design principles, accessibility, and best practices within the design team and across the organization . Contextual Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor experiences to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and technical constraints while advocating for the best user experience. Mentorship: Work closely with the UX Leadership team to support the growth of individuals, and teams, across the UX Group Growth Mindset: Role model growth mindset for others and contribute to putting structures in place to foster growth mindset across the team.
