Job Title: Safe Agile Coach Location: Alpharetta, GA (3 days Onsite in a Week) Job Type: Contract Job Description: Envision the SAFe implementation strategy customized for UPS, in collaboration with UPS LACE, Portfolio Leaders and existing Scaling Coaches Execute on the Vision and Strategy through piloting Agile Release Train(s) and follow up with additional ARTs and Solution Trains across portfolios. Conduct Executive (Business and Technology) level workshops to push the top-down agile transformation agenda and carve out a Leadership level training and coaching program to enable top-down adoption. Create the roadmap and initial constructs to move portfolios toward Lean Portfolio Management that feeds ARTs and Solution Trains aligned with the UPS Wildly Important strategic themes.
