From: Jay, Brillius [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Title: Client Technology Analyst (Contract) Long TERM 42/hr max Location: Tallahassee, FL General Experience Expectations: Typically has three (3) to five (5) years of IT work experience, demonstrated working knowledge of the basic hardware and software products, and problem-solving troubleshooting skills. Key Responsibility: The MDM Analyst will serve as a senior-level analyst for the MDM team. The duties and responsibilities of this position are as follows: Work within the Bureau of Infrastructure and Operations to develop, maintain, and enforce mobile device security and policy. Provide Tier 2 support for mobile devices, such as phones, tablets, and devices identified as mobile. Assist the Bureau of Infrastructure and Operations bureaus with analysis, testing, and deployment of devices, applications, and updates. Provide expertise in Workspace ONE Unified Endpoint Management (UEM), Google Workspace, Email Quarantine, device enrollment, reset, un-enrollment, re-enrollment, and MDM policy management. Assist in determining the technical configurations and settings for mobile devices to comply with client policies, including the configuration of all tiers involved: mobile device, MDM solution, client network, and Microsoft Office 365. Identify business and technological drivers that motivate the project, and collect data about current systems, procedures, and performance. Identify business and technological impacts on current and future processes. Assist in establishing a reliable and efficient process for MDM, including provisioning, de-provisioning, and support. Help establish support processes, Standard Operation Procedures, and knowledge base. Provide support for MDM and mobile devices. Use Service Desk Software to track and respond to tickets. Work with teams across IT to quickly identify, escalate, and resolve problems. Required Experience: Two (2) or more years of experience in using Workspace ONE UEM and Google Workspace. Two (2) or more years providing Tier 2 support and determining the technical configurations and settings for mobile devices to comply with client policies. Experience maintaining and deploying software updates. Experience managing iOS, Android, and Chrome devices with an MDM solution. Preferred Experience: Knowledge of Active Directory, ActiveSync, group policies, and endpoint management. Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Online and Exchange Online. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others. Knowledge of MDM best practices, including Data Lifecycle, Data Security, and Data Integration principles. Ability to document processes and cross-train staff. Experience diagnosing network issues as they relate to mobile devices. Experience managing Single Sign-On (SSO) or Federated authentication implementations. Experience with creating MDM security baselines. Knowledge of mobile device security best practices. Ability to prioritize workload and manage time effectively. Ability to conduct training for staff and customers. Education: A bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, or four (4) years of equivalent work experience is required. Relevant experience may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis when applicable.
