Below is the JD. Please note we do not need JIRA Admin. Advisory kind of person who will help team technically. Experience in JIRA Service management and hand-on to customize UI / customer interface Apply your systems thinking and ability to understand complex relationships between various products, channels, features to drive better design outcomes Have a strong skillset in visual and interaction design which enables you to visually communicate your work for influence and impact Create new experience models to help JSM implement emerging capabilities such as AI, video, and more Contribute to design initiatives outside JSM design, and help improve overall design capability at Atlassian Experience with following - Jira Software Cloud, Automation, Github/Bitbucket , Jenkins Experience in JIRA Software Development , should be familiar with JIRA SDK and API Scripting: Some exposure or experience with Python, Groovy Scripting or any other programming language. Exposure to Atlassian Confluence.
