Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions for analytics and reporting. Sales and Service Cloud report/dashboard building proficiency . Should have Service Cloud Omni-Channel implementation experience. Proficiency in SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language), dataflows, datasets, lenses, dashboards, and stories in Salesforce Einstein Analytics. Strong understanding of data modelling, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and data visualization best practices. Integrate Salesforce CRM Analytics with external data sources, including Salesforce CRM data, Snowflake, and other third-party applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy. Must have created and leveraged Salesforce platform best practices along with coding and design guidelines. Must have Good Communication & client interaction skills.
