| Role: QA Test Lead Location:Troy, MI Key Responsibilities: Test Planning & Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans for Salesforce projects. Define testing objectives, scope, and criteria for success. Identify testing requirements and ensure alignment with project goals. Test Design & Execution: Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scripts, and test data for Salesforce applications using Tosca. Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing to ensure the quality of Salesforce applications. Utilize Tosca for test automation and ensure the maintenance of automated test scripts. Leadership & Coordination: Lead a team of testers, providing guidance, mentoring, and support. Coordinate with project managers, developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth testing processes. Facilitate communication between testing teams and other project teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery.
