Please find the below job description and if you are interested, please forward your resume to [email protected] Role: Lab Manager Location: Fort Worth- Texas Duration: Long Term Description: Five (5+) years of experience in the Avionics/Aerospace field, specifically in Lab Environments Experience in planning, designing Executing verification testing across a range of hardware/software products including embedded software, applications, and integrated systems. Knowledge of industry standards and capability to adapt/apply Experience with application lifecycle management tools/platforms Experience in all phases of product development (full life cycle) Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals. Experience working with teams across multi-geographical locations and multiple disciplines. Use data-driven quantitative analysis, including statistical tools, data modeling, and trend analysis, to inform decision-making. Identify patterns, predict outcomes, and select optimal solutions based on empirical evidence and logical reasoning. Understanding of safety-critical systems and verification requirements.
