| From: Manohar Reddy, Procorp Systems Inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] SAP PP/QM Consultant Foster City, California and it is Hybrid mode We are seeking an experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant to help drive the implementation and optimization of SAPs Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business needs, designing solutions, and implementing best practices for production planning and quality management processes. Key Responsibilities: SAP Module Implementation: Lead or participate in the implementation of the SAP PP and QM modules. Analyze business processes, identify improvement areas, and map business requirements to SAP functionalities. Configure and customize SAP PP and QM to meet the companys operational requirements. Design and document detailed process flows and business requirements. Business Process Optimization: Provide insights and expertise to improve production planning, material management, and quality management processes. Develop best practices for SAP system utilization within production and quality areas. Support ongoing SAP PP/QM module upgrades and enhancements. Support and Troubleshooting: Provide post-implementation support and resolve system issues related to SAP PP/QM. Monitor and maintain system performance to ensure smooth business operations. Troubleshoot technical and functional issues and ensure timely resolution. Training & Documentation: Conduct training sessions for end-users and key stakeholders on SAP PP/QM modules. Develop user guides, manuals, and other training materials. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth handover and support. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with other SAP module teams (MM, SD, FI, CO) for integrated solutions. Interact with business users to understand requirements, challenges, and deliver appropriate solutions. Communicate effectively with project managers, business analysts, and technical teams. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 10+ years of experience working with SAP PP and QM modules. Strong understanding of SAP production planning processes (Master Data, MRP, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Control, etc.). Expertise in SAP QM processes (Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, Quality Control, etc.). Experience with SAP integration with other modules (MM, SD, etc.). Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills: SAP PP/QM certification is highly desirable. Experience in global SAP implementations and rollouts. Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori apps. Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
