| From: Ekta Chaudhary, Epeople technologies [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Requirement Details: Job Title: SAP C4C Consultant Location: Remote Work Authorizations: UCS/GC/EAD Description: The SAP C4C Technology Consultant is expert for SAP Cloud solution for Client current business The consultant must be well versed in SAP C4C ISE ( Intelligent Sales Execution in SAP Cloud for Customer ) with clear understanding of the following : - Pipeline Manager: Visualizes current opportunities in a bubble chart, helping to identify promising or at-risk opportunities. - Pipeline Flow: Shows how the opportunity pipeline has changed over time, highlighting those that arent progressing as expected. - Forecast Tracker: Compares forecast data against sales targets and aggregated opportunity amounts, helping managers follow up on discrepancies. - Trend Analytics: Analyzes historical success rates and current quarter progress to ensure there are enough opportunities to meet targets - ISE integrates with other SAP solutions like SAPS/4HANA and Commerce Cloud in client. Perform thorough investigation of complicated business process essentials, providing relevant system solutions; interpret, essence, validate and document client current solution. Map client business needs, processes, and objectives for new projects in client SAPC4C consultant configure, formats, customize, and testing of C4C modules with ISC. Determine gaps, problems, and workaround solutions Act as liaison with SAP C4C customers for troubleshooting like investigating, analyzing, and solving solution from technical standpoint. Document operational plans, test scripts, and results along with the IT Testing team. Proactively recognize and offer business strategy and system enhancements from C4C and ISE SAPC4C consultant further provides consulting benefits on both new executions and existing support projects. They act as a liaison between the business procedures and the technical crew. Provides ad-hoc internship and user consent as needed. The senior consultants work self-directed and independently.
