As a ServiceNow Architect at Deloitte, you'll lead and guide teams through complex environments, advocating for concepts, recommending solutions, and solving business problems. Requirements: Holistic view and broad knowledge within the ServiceNow Platform. Proven experience with ServiceNow Integrations with 3rd party tools (REST, SOAP, email, MID server). Experience with ITSM and/or ITOM. Knowledge of ServiceNow database design, data modeling, and CSDM. Certified Implementation Specialist certificate. Certified Application Developer level knowledge. Experience in leading projects and teams. Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. Analytical mind to design solutions that solve business problems. Very good English skills (C1 level or above). EU residency is required. Preferred: Additional Implementation Specialist certificates and experience in architecture design in HR, SAM, or ITBM are advantageous.
