Develop and review clinical documents for end-user Provide provider and clinical insights for risk management and support for complaints and escalation requiring provider and clinical experience Preference for experience with provider portals (like Availity), provider CRMs, and/or provider insights platforms Solid understanding of the Provider domain: latest trends, technologies, priority clinical and provider areas, and challenges. Health Edge experience is a plus. Knowledge of healthcare Payer domain and workflows, compliance, and regulatory requirements (Prior Authorizations, Claims, Clinical Data exchange, etc. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and collaboration skills Educational Qualifications: - Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
