| From: sai jyothi, Fisec global [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Title: React Native Lead(mobile application and iOS) Location: Hybrid role - Boston/ Burlington, MA (1st preference); Dallas, TX (2nd preference) Experience:11-15 years Primary skills: Modern Application Development-Hybrid-ReactNative Job description: 7+ years of experience in Mobile application development and atleast 5 years of React Native development, with a strong understanding of React Native architecture, components, and lifecycle methods Solid understanding of JavaScript, ES6+, and related web technologies Experience with debugging tools and techniques for React Native development, such as React Native Debugger and Chrome Developer Tools Familiarity with mobile app development best practices, including performance optimization, security, and usability considerations Experience in using tools like ESLint and native bindings Experience in writing performant code Knowledge of Redux, Hooks and other relevant technologies Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues and identify root causes Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders at all levels (1.) To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity. (2.) To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure succeful delivery of complex projects. (3.) To ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussionsorreview as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations). (4.) To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and closure of escalations.
