Strong organizational skills, including the ability to coordinate, prioritize, and manage a demanding workload and projects in a fast-paced environment. Experience operating within a diverse and global team composed of staff located in multiple locations and time zones. Willingness to learn from new experiences and new situations. Skilled at communicating and presenting to a varied audience. Experience with Confluence and Jira is must. Effectively communicates the health and status of the project/timeline including the work status, roadblocks and proposed solutions to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner. Gathers and documents backlog items in a simple, clearly defined, well understood manner to support the development and implementation of solutions to business problems. Creates, manages and prioritizes the backlog to maximize business value. Coordinates testing and quality assurance activities to ensure system functionality. Participates in testing features and partners with digital to ensure releases move to production timely and accurately. Responds to suggestions and problems as reported by users. Gains a full understanding of each issue, investigates and follows it to resolution, while involving appropriate parties and providing status updates. Collaborates closely with digital, underwriting and operations to ensure quality and consistency. Documents processes, including Visio cross-functional workflows and step-by-step guides.
