Client: Commonwealth of Virginia VDOT ( Virginia Department of Transportation ) Title: MS Dynanmics CRM Length: 12 months and can be extended Location: 2 days onsite in Richmond VA days remote ( so if not local will need to relocate ) Interview : 2 Video interviews Rate: $60-63/Hr C2C Visa: USC, GC Need Linkedin Notes: The VDOT is doing a modernization of their MS Dynamics Environment and they are looking for a Sr MS Dynamics CRM Techno/ Functional Need to have 10/10 on Communication because you are working with the business ( they dont have BAs ) plus doing the technical work They said it is a Lead but this person will not be leading any other consultants, they are just leading their little section Open to H-1b, GC , US citizen This is not exclusive to me, but we have a person on the team that can help I am not allowed to have layers. This person must directly be working with you. Strong experience with troubleshooting and remediation of technical issues Dynamics 365 issues; document solutions, and work with system administrators and other IT resources to implement fixes. Manage entity ownership; manage entity properties; understand system and custom entities Implement workflows; identify workflow types; implement dialogs and custom actions; identify when to use business process flows, workflow dialogs, and custom actions. Create business process flows; enable business process flows; work with steps, stages, and categories; work with multiple entities; use conditional branching; implement role-driven business process flows. Strong knowledge of Microsofts licensing model for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Adhere to best practices when implementing business solutions and define/refine a governance approach for the platforms use at VDOT. Develop and disseminate documentation (requirements, recommendations, technical analysis, etc.) on platform usage. Prepare mockups/prototypes based on requirements and use knowledge of Power Platform features/tools to offer solutions that meet business needs. Function as a liaison between IT and the business units; serve as a point of contact for issue logging, tracking, and resolution. Assist customers in discerning between Dynamics 365/PowerApps/Power Automate and other technology offerings when gathering requirements; identify efficient solutions and recommend alternatives to meet business needs. Contribute to improving our processes and policies within the Business Enablement Services program. Preferred Experience with DevOps in Power Platform (Power Pipelines/ALM Accelerator) Experience as a D365 Technical Lead Required 5 Years Experience with creating and managing of solution using Dynamics 365 CRM Customer Service. Required 8 Years Experience with customization and implementation of Forms, Views, Plug-Ins, Workflows and BPFs in D365 Required 8 Years Custom development experience using .Net, JavaScript and C# Required 8 Year Experience with Power Platform and Dataverse Required 3 Years Experience with using standard & premium connectors with PowerApps and Power Automate Required 3 Years Experience in SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 services Desired 3 Years Experience with DevOps in Power Platform/D365 Environments Desired 2 Years Experience with Data Integrations and Migrations using SSIS Packages Desired 5 Years -- Keywords: csharp business analyst access management information technology green card microsoft Virginia MS Dynanmics CRM USC, GC [email protected] |
