Position : JIRA Administrator Location : (Remote) Duration : 6+ Months Contract JOB DESCRIPTION JIRA Admin Experience EazyBI integration/dashboard building expertise Working in an enterprise environment implementing the tool EXTREMELY NICE TO HAVE: JIRA Align EazyBI Integration and Management: Develop and configure EazyBI reports, including EPIC Burn down and other key metrics. Map and cross-map fields from JIRA to EazyBI, ensuring accurate data representation and reporting. Address and resolve any field mapping issues, leveraging EazyBIs capabilities. JIRA Administration: Oversee the administration and configuration of JIRA, including user management, permissions, and project settings. Clean up and manage user data, addressing duplicates and ensuring data accuracy for a user base of over 20,000. Support and train teams on JIRA best practices and efficient usage. Configure the tool to utilize efficiently Reporting and Analytics: Develop custom dashboards and reports to meet the needs of 30+ immediate teams and additional incoming teams. Analyze and optimize JIRA performance and reporting capabilities, working with stakeholders to understand and address their needs. Team Support and Coordination: Collaborate with various teams and scrum groups to ensure smooth transitions and integrations. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for JIRA and EazyBI-related issues. Project Management and Implementation: Lead the transition of teams to EazyBI, managing timelines and deliverables.
