The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and extensive knowledge of the energy industry. JD: Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals. Oversee all aspects of projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize the progress of the project. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and team members. Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions. Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable. Lead, coach, and motivate project team members on a proactive basis. Strong understanding of energy industry standards and regulations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Nice to have: PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
