Organizational Change Management Alignment and development of the organizational readiness strategy outlining key strategic deliverables, roles and responsibilities, and suggested approach based on project need Guidance on the formulation of strategic & key messaging utilizing development methods such as: Program messaging guidance Messaging Waterfall Starter Vision and Value statements Persona profiling Communications channel analysis Campaign cadence and timing Guidance and templates on common stakeholder types, and identifying key audiences impacted by the change and understanding how they may be impacted.
