| Role: QA Tester with P&C experience Location: Boston, MA (onsite 4 days/week) Must interview in person Pay rate-$45/hr. ***P&C Experience*** Looking for mostly Manual Testing with some Automation Quality Assurance Analyst Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Based on project requirements and technical design, develop & execute software test cases - Plan test schedules & strategies in accordance with project scope & delivery dates - Document test cases, results and defects utilizing MicroFocus (formerly HP) Quality Center/ALM - Create and manage test data, including data for use by automated scripts where applicable - Document and communicate project quality over the course of testing, including readiness for release using our standard test process and status reporting template - Provide feedback and recommendations to developers on software usability and functionality - Support User Acceptance Test (UAT) phase - largely through test information sharing and test data creation for UAT team members using our automated processes Desired Skills: 3-5 years testing and/or Property & Casualty Insurance experience Experience with Quality Center/ALM for requirements, test case and defect management Data testing experience including writing SQL and working with XML files Exposure to Property & Casualty Insurance a plus Excellent skills as a communicator and facilitator, both written and oral Ability to work independently and within a team to accomplish a common goal Self-starter with strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and influencing skills A process improvement mind-set Regards, Adarsh Technical Recruiter 1 Point System L: linkedin.com/in/adarsh-jaiswal-065a90224 E : [email protected] | W : www.1pointsys.com -- Keywords: cprogramm quality analyst information technology hewlett packard Massachusetts QA Tester with P&C experience||Boston, MA(Hybrid)||Onsite Interview||$45 on C2C [email protected] |
