| Job Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst Location: Remote Visa : Non H1B Passport number mandatory Client : CPNG/Hexaware EXP : 10yrs Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst to work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The successful candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, process improvement, and ServiceNow platform expertise. Key Responsibilities 1. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions 2. Conduct business process analysis and identify areas for improvement 3. Develop business cases and proposals for ServiceNow solutions 4. Design and implement ServiceNow solutions, including workflows, forms, and reports 5. Develop and maintain technical documentation and process guides 6. Test and validate ServiceNow solutions 7. Provide training and support to end-users 8. Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases and new features Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field 2. 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform development and administration 3. Strong understanding of business process analysis and improvement 4. Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM) 5. Proficiency in ServiceNow modules (e.g., Incident, Problem, Change) 6. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills 7. Experience with Agile development methodologies Nice to Have: 1. Certification in ServiceNow Administration, Development, or Business Analysis 2. Experience with other ITSM or ITOM tools and technologies 3. Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) 4.
