Title: Junior Scrum Master (onsite) Location: Juno Beach, FL Estimated Duration: 3 months with possible extension(s) Work authorization: any (candidate must be authorized to work in US) Must-have skills: 2+ y of exp as a Scrum Master and/or Product Owner CERTIFICATIONS required : Agile certification(s) such as Certified Scrum Master(CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC) or equivalent. Requirements: Availability to work 100% of the time at the Clients site in Juno Beach, FL (required); Experience as a Scrum Master and/or Product Owner; Experience with performance metrics and KPIs; Proven experience in coaching and mentoring teams; Experience conducting training sessions and workshops; Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.); Agile certification(s) such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent. Preferred: Coaching experience in an Agile environment; Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar; Experience working in the energy sector or with cross-functional engineering teams; Advanced Agile certifications such as Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC) or similar.
