Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with a strong technical background in PeopleSoft to join our team in Newport Coast, CA. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and deep expertise in PeopleSoft, specifically in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) support. This role involves leading technical initiatives, providing guidance to team members, and ensuring the successful delivery of PeopleSoft solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

Lead the technical aspects of PeopleSoft projects, ensuring high-quality solutions and adherence to best practices.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members on PeopleSoft development and CRM support.

PeopleSoft Expertise:

Apply deep technical knowledge of PeopleSoft, focusing on CRM modules, to resolve complex issues and enhance system functionality.

Manage the configuration, customization, and integration of PeopleSoft applications.

Communication:

Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including technical and non-technical teams, to understand requirements and provide clear updates.

Document technical solutions and changes, ensuring that all communications are clear and concise.

Project Management:

Oversee the technical aspects of project delivery, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

Collaborate with project managers to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.

Collaboration & Support:

Work closely with development, testing, and operations teams to ensure smooth implementation and support of PeopleSoft solutions.

Provide support for PeopleSoft CRM, addressing and resolving issues as they arise.

Essential Skills:

Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge and experience in PeopleSoft, particularly in CRM support.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to various audiences.

Desirable Skills:

Cloud Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud technologies and their integration with PeopleSoft systems.

Competencies:

Functional Competency: Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise - Functional - Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Support.

Experience Required:

8-10 years of experience in IT, with significant experience as a PeopleSoft Technical Lead or similar role.
