This project is to build a consolidated customer support tool that will allow external users to create and monitor service tickets in a single application. This role will be responsible for oversight of the project and its deliverables including status reporting, tracking issues and risk, monitoring the project budget, appropriate escalation to leadership and resolving issues and risks. Excellent teamwork and communication skills are required.
