Job Title: Sr. IT Software Development Specialist Location: Memphis, TN Pay Range: $50/hr What s the Job Develop, maintain, test, and debug software in a Windows client/server environment using PL/SQL, Oracle, Progress 4GL ADE, .Net, Microsoft SQL, and other platforms. Formulate system scope and objectives for moderately complex information systems. Prepare detailed specifications, design, code, test, debug, document, and maintain programs.
