| Job Title: SAP Funds and Grants Management Consultant Location: Washington, DC (Potential Onsite) Long Term Video Interview Rate: DOE Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled SAP Funds and Grants Management Consultant to join our team. Knowledgeable of S4/HANA, Payroll, and SF, The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP Funds Management (FM) and Grants Management (GM) solutions to optimize financial processes and support effective fund allocation and grant administration. Key Responsibilities: Consulting and Implementation: Lead and participate in the end-to-end implementation of SAP Funds Management and Grants Management modules. Analyze business requirements and design SAP FM and GM solutions that meet client needs. Configure SAP FM and GM modules according to business specifications and industry best practices. Develop and execute test plans to ensure system functionality and performance meet requirements. Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP FM and GM systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements. Prepare and deliver training to end-users and other stakeholders on SAP FM and GM functionality. Integration and Customization: Collaborate with other SAP consultants and developers to integrate SAP FM and GM with other SAP modules and third-party systems. Customize SAP FM and GM applications to fit specific organizational needs, including reporting and analytics. Documentation and Reporting: Create and maintain detailed documentation for SAP FM and GM configurations, processes, and procedures. Develop reports and dashboards to provide insights into fund utilization and grant performance. Project Management: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes. Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in SAP FM and GM are a plus. Experience: Proven experience as an SAP Funds Management and Grants Management Consultant or in a similar role. Extensive experience with SAP FM and GM modules, including configuration, implementation, and support. Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and grants administration processes. Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in SAP software and related tools. Certifications: SAP certifications in Funds Management and Grants Management are highly desirable.
