| Sr. Product Manager, you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards. Responsibilities: - Clinical and Provider Product Manager experience with 12+ years of US Healthcare experience Product manager experience with 10+ years of US Healthcare Provider Portal experience Participate in product testing, usability, and clinical validation activities. Develop and review clinical documents for end-user Provide provider and clinical insights for risk management and support for complaints and escalation requiring provider and clinical experience Preference for experience with provider portals (like Availity), provider CRMs, and/or provider insights platforms Solid understanding of the Provider domain: latest trends, technologies, priority clinical and provider areas, and challenges. Health Edge experience is a plus. Knowledge of healthcare Payer domain and workflows, compliance, and regulatory requirements (Prior Authorizations, Claims, Clinical Data exchange, etc. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience: - 10+ Years Location: - Remote (Preference Pittsburgh, PA) Educational Qualifications: - Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc. Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
