Workday Adaptive Consultant (SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC)) Onsite - Greenwood, CO We are seeking an experienced and proactive Workday Adaptive Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Adaptive Insights and SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) and be adept at migrating reports, training users, and configuring systems to meet business needs. Key Responsibilities: Report Migration: Migrate legacy BPC reports to Workday Adaptive, ensuring accuracy and consistency in report data and formats. Validate migrated reports and troubleshoot any discrepancies or issues. User Training: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for business users on Adaptive report writing and system functionalities. Create user guides, training materials, and FAQs to support ongoing user education. System Configuration: Collaborate with Workday consulting teams to configure Workday Adaptive to align with the specific needs and processes of the business. Assist in creating efficient data loads / migrating legacy data loads into Adaptive. Assist in defining system requirements, testing configurations, and ensuring successful deployment. Additional Responsibilities: Participate in project planning, meetings, and status updates. Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to Workday Adaptive and financial planning solutions. Experience: 5 years of experience with Workday Adaptive Insights, including report migration and configuration. 2 years of experience with SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC). Other duties as assigned. Experience: 5 years of experience with Workday Adaptive Insights, including report migration and configuration. 2 years of experience with SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC). Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis. Certifications related to Workday Adaptive or similar financial planning systems. Experience with other financial planning tools or ERP systems.
