Role: Sailpoint Developer with IdentityNow Exp Location: Short Hills, NJ(Onsite) H1B with PPnum Mandatory Job Description: Design and Development: Develop and customize SailPoint IdentityNow/IdentityIQ solutions, including connectors, workflows, and user interfaces, to meet business requirements. Integration: Integrate SailPoint solutions with existing enterprise systems, such as LDAP, Active Directory, and other applications. Configuration and Customization: Configure SailPoint platforms to align with organizational policies, including user provisioning, access requests, and compliance reporting. Troubleshooting and Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SailPoint implementations, ensuring smooth operation and quick resolution of issues. Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing and validation of SailPoint solutions to ensure they meet performance and security standards. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes. Collaboration: Work closely with IT, security, and business teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver projects. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest SailPoint features, best practices, and industry trends to propose enhancements and improvements to our identity management systems.
