Design technology solutions by modeling requirements and applying standard application methodology best practices. Understand and interpret business requirements by gathering information, facilitating consensus, and translating ideas into actionable solutions. Plan, conduct, and lead critical IT application projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Manage user expectations by setting appropriate milestones and deadlines. Serve as a technical consultant to IT leaders and functional user groups, offering expert advice and guidance. Provide technical expertise and mentorship to less experienced team members, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment. Ideal Candidate Attributes: Strong experience in SAP BPC with a proven track record of managing IT applications throughout their lifecycle. Expertise in designing and implementing technology solutions that align with business needs. Excellent problem-solving, consensus-building, and communication skills. Ability to lead critical IT projects, managing timelines, and user expectations effectively. Technical consulting experience with a focus on providing strategic advice and mentorship to teams.
