| Job Title: Sr. Curam Developer Location: Remote GC/USC only Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sr. Curam Developer with over 16 years of experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business systems and industry requirements, with a strong background in Curam CGISS development. This role involves IT triage, resolving complex application defects, and designing innovative solutions within the Curam platform. Key Responsibilities: Formulate and define systems scope and objectives based on user needs and a comprehensive understanding of business systems. Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems, considering system limitations and desired outcomes. Analyze business and user needs, document requirements, and translate them into detailed system specifications. Provide consultation on complex projects, acting as a top-level contributor across most phases of systems analysis. Collaborate with the team to diagnose, resolve, and assign issues to the appropriate work stream within the Curam application. Address production issues, design solutions, and implement fixes. Attend design sessions, translating complex technical concepts to less technical team members. Assist in system enhancements using the Curam platform, becoming an integral part of the DCAS Team. Qualifications and Experience: Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience. Masters degree in Engineering or Computer Science (Required). Curam V6 Certification or higher. Required Skills and Experience: 16+ years of Software Development Lifecycle experience. 10+ years of experience in requirements gathering and documentation. 16+ years of experience with MS Office/PowerPoint. 8+ years of professional experience with Curam CGISS development. Experience analyzing and resolving issues associated with the Curam CGISS application. Strong professional business analysis experience. 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions to defects/issues within Curam. Ability to translate and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to independently identify and develop solutions. Highly Desired Skills: Knowledge of all components of the Curam CGISS module (IEG script, rules, batch processes, etc.). Knowledge of SNAP/TANF/MAGI/Non-MAGI programs. Experience with business process analysis, use cases, and gap analysis techniques in Curam. Strong relationship-building skills with a customer-focused approach.
