| Oracle CCB Senior Developer Hybrid role in Paramus, NJ - Day 1 Local Only, No Relocation Video with the chance of a final in-person All welcome Hybrid role in Paramus, NJ Domain Utilities Description: The Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) Senior Developer will be primarily responsible for the design, development, and maintaining of technical solutions in Oracle CC&B. The candidate will both have a production support role and will also be supporting related needs for Capital Projects. Duties and Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain the Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) application. Collaborate with the stakeholders, business analysts, and architects to gather and analyze requirements and translate them to technical specifications. Write complex queries, PL/SQL code, and Java code to support the application. Integrate CC&B with other applications using Inbound Web Services. Performing code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure quality of codes delivered and adhering to best practices. Provide support for production during the day and batch run at night (on-call). Provide support for Enterprise Projects and Deployment. Requirements: Please submit candidates that are local to NJ and can commute to the Paramus office Education/Background: Minimum Bachelor Degree, Master Degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years experience in developing and maintaining Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) application. Knowledge/Skills: Strong proficiency in design and development of Oracle CC&B Customizations: Batch, Algorithms, Change Handlers, UI Maps, Scripts, Business Objects, Business Services, and Inbound Web Services. Strong proficiency in Java programming, SQL, and PL/SQL. Experience in Hibernate Framework, Weblogic Server, and Scripting Languages (Perl/Shell/Ant). Knowledge of web services, RESTful APIs, and XML/JSON data formats. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Knowledge of CI/CD tools: Gitlab Excellent troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills. Excellent communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
