We do not submit a candidate without a certification as it is a mandatory requirement Skills Discovery Certified Implementation Specialist ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Required Certifications:CAD, CIS - Discovery Customer essentially needs help with CI asset imports and CI relationship mapping. The CIs will be the infrastructure supporting the critical applications where, during a disaster event, will need to be recovered in the proper order so that the application is restored and available. This work will be tied closely to the BCM work our team will be doing since the DR plans within BCM will dictate the order of recovery. The customer's CMDB will need to contain all of the necessary CIs that are considered dependencies of the critical applications.
