| Title: SR. Business Analyst- Investment banking Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite from day one)- Need to be local only Duration: Long Term Need only USC & GC holders. Must have 8+ years of experience and should have experience in BA with Investment banking. Key Responsibilities: Financial Analysis and Modeling: Develop, maintain, and analyze complex financial models. Perform valuation analysis using various methodologies (DCF, Comparable Companies, Precedent Transactions). Support deal structuring by preparing financial projections and sensitivity analyses. Market Research: Conduct thorough market and industry research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Analyze competitors and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations. Monitor financial news, market conditions, and economic trends relevant to the banking industry. Deal Support: Assist in preparing pitch books, client presentations, and information memoranda for potential transactions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including legal, compliance, and finance to support the execution of transactions. Coordinate due diligence processes and compile findings to support decision-making. Client Interaction: Support senior bankers in client meetings by preparing relevant materials and providing analysis. Communicate key findings and insights effectively to both internal teams and clients. Assist in the development of client relationships by providing timely and accurate information. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed reports on ongoing projects, market trends, and client portfolios. Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements. Maintain records of all client interactions, transactions, and financial models. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree or CFA designation is a plus. 8 years of experience in investment banking, financial services, or related fields. Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, with expertise in Excel and other financial software. Solid understanding of financial markets, investment banking products, and corporate finance. Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
