Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications: Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Provide thought leadership to drive Pega technology adoption across the enterprise. Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technology solutions with organizational goals. Solution Design: Architect end-to-end Pega solutions, considering scalability, performance, security, and integration aspects. Technical Governance: Ensure adherence to Pega best practices, standards, and guidelines. Project Oversight: Lead and oversee Pega projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Mentoring and Coaching: Mentor junior architects and developers, fostering their growth in Pega technology. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leaders, project managers, and development teams to define requirements and translate them into technical designs.
