Remote with occasional travel to California, United States Duration : 12 months. Visa: Only USC/GC. Note: Applicant must be a United States Citizen or Permanent Resident Job Description: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) within the S/4 HANA Finance environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the impact of the brownfield migration on existing VIM processes. Develop and execute a migration strategy that ensures seamless transition from ECC to S/4 HANA, focusing on OpenText VIM. Perform system configuration, testing, and validation of VIM components during the S/4 HANA migration. Provide expertise in finance management processes, ensuring they align with S/4 HANA Finance functionalities. Work closely with finance stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective VIM solutions within S/4 HANA. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to VIM and finance integration during the migration process. Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables, providing regular status updates to project management. Support post-migration activities, including user training, system optimization, and documentation. Requirements 9 years of hands-on experience with OpenText VIM, including implementation, configuration, and support. Extensive experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance, including knowledge of the latest functionalities and best practices . Strong understanding of finance management processes, including accounts payable, invoicing, and financial reporting. Proven experience in migration projects, with a focus on SAP S/4 HANA Finance. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on project deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Occasional travel to the client/project site in California may be required to meet project milestones. Initial travel to California will be required for Live Scan prior to onboarding.
