| From: Vinni, Indus AiLabs [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Hello, Hope you are doing good Please find the below requiremet and revert with suitable profiles Job Title: Senior Power Platform Developer Work Location: Houston,TX Visa: NO OPT And CPT Experience: 12-15 years Primary Job Responsibilities: * Create custom solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate. * Implement and maintain Power Platform solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements. * Ensure solutions are secure and maintainable. * Work with other IT organizations and the Citizen Development Program to ensure quality support and delivery to the end-user. * Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation. * Provide leadership and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. * Perform system configurations, defining fields, views, and forms to meet the defined requirements. * Conduct thorough testing and debugging of solutions to ensure high-quality deliverables. * Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications. Basic Requirements: * Strong experience with Power Platform tools and SharePoint Online * Ability to solve complex problems and provide innovative solutions. * Strong communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders. * Familiarity with agile development methodologies and sprint planning. * Leadership: Strong leadership skills to guide and mentor junior and citizen developers. * Experience with common data service, data connectors, and APIs. * Knowledge of additional programming languages like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Preferred Requirements: * Experience: 10 years of experience in developing solutions using Microsofts Power Platform including mobile and offline capabilities. * Certifications: Relevant certifications in Power Platform. * Education: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * Experience with cloud-native technologies. * Experience in conducting code reviews. * Experience working with virtual teams. * Experience with other low-code platforms like Mendix. * Experience with Full Stack programming Ex: .Net. * Basic knowledge of single sign-on technologies * Ability to provide and review estimates; Agile estimation and planning strongly preferred. * Ability to create and review technical designs. * Ability to quickly learn and analyze business processes, working closely with users, business analysts and project managers. * Ability to plan and execute responsibilities with minimal direction. * Ability to manage various tasks and prioritize effectively in fast-paced environment supporting internal and external customers. * Takes ownership of actions and follows through on commitments. * Delivers results through realistic planning to accomplish goals. * Builds effective solutions based on available information and makes timely decisions that are safe and ethical. Release Comments: Hello, this will be a 6 month project with potential for extension. They need a Senior Level resource so please make sure all candidates submitted meet the job requirements.
